Sumi Raj

CEO/CFO

For over 25 years, CORMAC’s co-founder and CEO/CFO Sumitra Raj has used her expertise to benefit a variety of private and non-profit businesses. Ms. Raj began her accounting career at Child Relief And You, and went on to apply her expertise at Concerned for Working Children. When she and Dominic Raj co-founded CORMAC in 2002, Ms. Raj put her education and experience to work to provide oversight to all CORMAC finance and accounting functions.

Dominic Raj has focused on Data Management throughout his 25+ year career. Mr. Raj served as Data Architect and DBA to companies including IBM, Verizon, EDS and Raytheon before co-founding CORMAC Corporation in 2002. While at Raytheon, Mr. Raj led the design of multiple systems for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, an experience that formed the basis of his focus on Health Data Management. He has always believed that “it’s all about the data” — and has continually sought innovative ways to unlock the power of data while reducing cost of ownership. Mr. Raj holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Physics, as well as an MBA.

David Collignon

Chief Operating Officer/Chief Growth Officer

As COO/CGO, Collignon leverages his long-standing track record of success leading small, mid-size and large IT professional services organizations to guide CORMAC's delivery, customer relations and growth strategy.

Over his 29+ year career within the IT professional services industry, Collignon has previously served as Vice President, Health Services for ActioNet (8+ years), Vice President, Public Sector Health for CGI Federal (15 years) and Staff Consultant for IMC (5 years).

Collignon, an active commissioned Kentucky Colonel, earned his full-time bachelor's degree in Information Systems from James Madison University and full-time Master of Business Administration from Babson College, the top-ranked entrepreneurial program in the United States for more than two decades by the U.S. News & World Report.
